The MCA membership period extends from September 1 to August 31. Members who join or renew between June 1 and August 31 will have their fees applied to the coming year.
FAQ
How do I renew my membership?

All members (REQUIRED steps):

Add a Member bio for yourself or your organization under the Profile tab (NEW)

Confirm your primary contact person

Click on Renew, Upgrade or Update Billing and follow the payment steps
Choirs (REQUIRED steps):

Confirm your choir's primary contact person

Confirm your choir membership type based on total # of singers (adjust if needed)

Add ALL conductors under the About tab, Add Individual Members (click on ‘Add Contact’)
Optional:

Assign directors to specific ensembles under the About tab, Choir Details

Once added as an additional contact, use your individual member email to set a password and access your member benefits (i.e. directory, member pricing and registrations, etc.)

Elementary/middle schools: If Choir is mandatory for an entire school or grade, base your choir size on number of students likely to participate in external events (e.g. ChoralFest)

Directors who are in multiple choir organizations: Each choir requires its own membership, and you must be added as an individual member to each
If you don’t direct a choir, renew your individual or organization membership (see first section)

This includes unaffiliated conductors, composers, retirees, and students
