Octavia Women’s Choir, Selkirk is seeking a Music Director. Our choir averages 20 to 25 members. We practice Wednesdays from 5:45 p.m. to 7:45 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 106 Sawchuk Drive. We are seeking a Director to lead our choir whose passion for music and teaching is contagious, The ideal director will possess strong musical expertise to engage, lead and inspire members. Clear and concise communication is essential to guide the choir effectively. Must possess patience and adaptability . Strong organizational skills are important to manage schedules, scores, and logistics. Prior experience directing vocal ensembles an asset. Honorarium of $1,600 provided. Kindred Spirits Choir is seeking a choral director to work with a voluntary choir from September 2026 to May 2027 (9 month term). This choir contributes to the worship services at both John Black Memorial and Immanuel United churches in northeast Winnipeg, There are two trained accompanists. Westminster United Church is inviting singers of all voice types to apply for open soloist positions for the 2026-2027 season. We are a welcoming community that offers a lot of freedom to the soloists to present music that is of interest to them. As a soloist, you would have the opportunity to be a soloist in the annual Sing Along Messiah and you would have access to the Concert Hall for recitals. We offer competitive remuneration on a per call basis and provide a lot of flexibility and understanding for the demands of student life.
