The Ladies, a small women’s choir, rehearsing at St. Andrew's Church, Kingsway and Oak, is looking for new singers, in particular: two altos, a second and a first soprano. They are working on an eclectic repertoire of classic, traditional, sacred, folk, contemporary and musical theatre, for their June benefit concert. If you are interested, please email Joy.

The Hippocratic High Notes is an un-auditioned female physician choir. It is a low stress fun activity for busy physicians who love to sing. Members range from those still in training, to busy clinicians, and retirees. Our repertoire includes classics, rhythm, jazz and pop pieces for presentation at our June and December concerts for family and friends. Start Date: As soon as possible Rehearsals: Tuesdays 7:00-8:15 -Bethel Mennonite Church in Winnipeg. Piano accompanist will be present. Duties: supported by a volunteer admin group: plan and conduct rehearsals and performances; select music repertoire; collaborate with other musicians; attend organizational meetings as required; other responsibilities as mutually agreed upon. True Harmony is looking for a bass singer (range: D below middle C to F above). We're an established, auditioned, self-directed a cappella group of 12 women, singing a variety of older and current music in exciting harmony mainly, but not limited to, the barbershop style. Attention Choral Singers and Singer/Actors: Nostos: A Journey of Others Reading Session Feb 26, 2026, 7:00-9:30 pm at St. Paul's College Sanctuary, U of MB. Nostos is a multi-genre musical hybrid of choral and theatrical components, written for SATB chorus, children's chorus, and soloists with 15-17 member chamber ensemble. Nostos is a story of stories, of Other and otherness through the lens of immense challenge, resilience, hateful indifference experienced by refugees living and waiting in the limbo of camps for 2nd Chances. Nostos will be the Keynote Address at the Winnipeg International Peace Summit (2027); established and hosted by the Arthur V. Mauro Institute for Peace & Justice. Spirit's Call choir is an inclusive, all-ages, non-audition, non-religious teaching choir that brings community together in joyful harmony. We sing a mix of songs, from chants to pop and musicals to classical. All are welcome as we begin our new season January 19 (with a welcome potluck January 12). We rehearse Mondays from 7pm to 9pm at United Church in Meadowood, 1111 Dakota Street in St. Vital.
