ABOUT

Please read carefully in full before making your request.

One of our most valuable member resources, MCA’s choral music lending library is nearly 5,000 titles and counting! A current MCA membership is required to borrow music from our library. (Not a member yet? Click here to register!) Peruse our library online or in-person at the MCA office, then place your online order.

Orders will be ready for pickup or shipping within 5 business days. Orders to ship will be sent via Expedited Parcel with Canada Post to the address provided, at the borrower’s expense. Once your request has been made, a shipping/handling fee will be calculated and an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. The  fee must be paid in full before the music can be shipped. Payment may be made by credit card or e-transfer. Music must be shipped back to the MCA office at the borrower’s expense by the due dates below.

Before placing new borrowing requests, all previously borrowed music must be returned and/or all outstanding fees must be paid. These include any past shipping fees, late music fines, and missing score fees. Borrowings may be renewed for one additional term (half season) if the title has not been requested by another member.

Our music library is open to out-of-province borrowing requests, but a current membership in a provincial choral association is required, and a fee will be applied to any out-of-province requests.
