Before placing new requests, all previously borrowed music must be returned and/or all outstanding shipping fees and/or missing score fees must be paid. Loans may be renewed for one additional term (half season) if the title has not been requested by another member.
Orders may be shipped via Canada Post at the borrower’s request. A shipping fee will be calculated once your order is prepared, and an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. The shipping fee must be paid in full before the music can be shipped. Music must also be shipped back to MCA at the borrower's expense by the deadline. Our music library is open to out-of-province lending requests, but a current membership in a provincial choral organization is required, and a fee will be applied to any out-of-province requests (see lending policy for details).
