CHORALFEST REGISTRATION

REGISTER

Registration in ChoralFest includes:

• A 90-minute learning experience including performance of 2-3 pieces and 2 clinic

• Opportunity to listen to other choirs

• Written feedback from renowned choral & vocal jazz specialists

• Certificate of participation​

Choirs are encouraged to register by Monday, October 12 to secure their preferred timeslot on the schedule, but registration will remain open until all spots are filled.

The ChoralFest 2026 schedule will be released by Monday, October 19. There may be limited spots available for choirs and vocal jazz ensembles to register after that date.

Registration fees:

• $180 – Middle Years, Senior Years, Community Choirs, and ChoralFest West Choirs 

• $195 – Vocal Jazz (Winnipeg only) 

• $150 – In-House Workshops (open to all choirs)

NOTE: Choirs must hold a current MCA Choir Membership to participate in ChoralFest. Click here for more information and to sign up for membership!
 

Scheduling:

All ChoralFest performances are scheduled in three-choir pods. The times for each pod, including 15 minutes for warming up, are listed below. When you register, please include your preferred pod times and/or limitations and we will do our best to accommodate.

While priority will be given for early registrants where possible, other factors such as travel distance and accessibility requirements will also be considered. Your understanding is appreciated as we balance these needs equitably.
