DAY SESSIONS
The event sessions (Friday evening & Saturday day) will take place at Canadian Mennonite University South Campus (600 Shaftesbury Blvd., Winnipeg). Come in the doors marked MAIN ENTRANCE and follow the signs.
The meeting spaces we will be using at CMU are accessible. The main washrooms are gendered but a gender-neutral washroom is available.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations for out-of-town participants can be booked at special rates. Participants have the choice of two accommodation options:

Canadian Mennonite University Student Residence (South Campus)
SATURDAY EVENING EVENT
The Saturday evening Reception will take place at St. Norbert Arts Centre (100 Rue des Ruines du Monastere, Winnipeg). The event will take place indoors and outdoors, so please dress for the weather!
The centre and most of the grounds are accessible. We may hold some of the event in or near the monastery ruins. If you have accessibility needs, please inform us on your registration form.
